Year 4 Teacher – Christchurch

Mainstream Primary School | Full Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join one of our well-regarded mainstream primary schools in Christchurch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to become part of a supportive school community committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

The role:

  • Full responsibility for a Year 4 class, including planning, delivery and assessment in line with the National Curriculum

  • Creating a structured, positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, leadership and support staff

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (applications from ECTs are welcome)

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills

  • Be committed, reliable and passionate about supporting pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
