Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for a role where you can make a lasting impact on children's lives?
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Primary Teachers to join specialist SEN schools, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Speech and Language Needs, and other complex learning needs.

The Role
As a Primary Teacher within an SEN setting, you will:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs

Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
-
Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and communication development
-
Adapt teaching strategies to maximise engagement and progress
-
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and wider support teams
-
Develop personalised learning plans and monitor pupil progress
-
Celebrate every achievement, no matter how big or small

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching within a primary school setting

Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
A patient, flexible, and positive approach
-
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
-
Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
