Teaching Personnel's Lancashire Primary Team is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to work across Blackpool, Fleetwood, Thornton, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lytham St Annes and the surrounding areas from the start of the 2026/27 academic year.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with school planning.

  • Manage behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
  • Support pupils in achieving their full potential.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

  • Qualified Teachers holding or working towards QTS.
  • ECTs graduating in 2026 and ready to begin their teaching career.
  • Positive, flexible and professional individuals.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for teaching and improving outcomes for children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
