Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and fully qualified Primary Teachers to work in schools across High Wycombe. We have a wide range of supply, short-term, and long-term placements, giving you flexibility or the opportunity for consistent, ongoing work.
About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across all areas of the National Curriculum
-
Support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development
-
Manage a classroom effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
-
Assess pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
-
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and leadership to ensure pupil success
-
Support SEND and EAL pupils where appropriate
-
Contribute to school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and events
We work with a range of primary schools, including mainstream and special needs settings, and our placements cover EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
What We’re Looking For

Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
-
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
-
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual pupil needs
-
Confident in using a variety of teaching strategies and resources
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
DBS (Enhanced) clearance or willingness to obtain

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
