The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning.
• Provide additional support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups and classroom environments.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Experienced in working with children or young people (school experience is desirable).
• Positive, patient and enthusiastic.
• Confident communicators who enjoy working as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to adapt to different school settings.
• Available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm on their chosen working days.
• In possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply for one.
