The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting qualified Primary Supply Teachers to join our flexible workforce across Cambridgeshire for the NEW Academic Year. Whether you're seeking short-term day-to-day assignments, long-term placements, or part/full-time roles, we offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your preferences and availability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in a range of supportive and high-achieving primary schools across Cambridgeshire

  • Deliver engaging lessons to different year groups — enjoy variety and professional growth

  • Teach pre-planned lessons or bring your own creativity when required (ample notice provided)

  • Benefit from school hours (typically 8:30am–3:30pm), with no extended expectations

  • Achieve a healthy work-life balance through fully flexible scheduling

Guaranteed Pay Scheme
We offer a competitive daily rate aligned with your experience and qualifications. Eligible candidates may also benefit from our Guaranteed Pay Scheme — ensuring you receive income, even when not actively teaching.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Effective classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Availability to work 1–5 days per week

  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare (Enhanced DBS required – we’ll support your application)

Salary:
£163.18 – £238.18 per day (dependent on experience and role responsibilities)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
