The Role – Day‑to‑Day Primary Supply Teacher
As a supply teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Create a calm, positive and engaging classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and learning needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Uphold strong standards of behaviour, safeguarding and professionalism
Short‑term supply typically involves no planning or marking, while longer‑term placements may include this with increased pay rates.
