Primary Supply Teacher – Cambridgeshire
Are you a passionate and flexible Primary Supply Teacher seeking diverse opportunities within a supportive educational environment? Our network of schools in Cambridge is looking for a dedicated educator to provide temporary cover across various primary settings, ensuring continuity of quality education for our pupils.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across a range of subjects to maintain high standards of learning.
- Quickly adapting to different classroom environments and curricula.
- Managing behaviour effectively whilst fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborating with permanent staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistency in teaching.
- Upholding safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of all pupils.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.
- Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- A proactive approach to lesson planning and problem-solving.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work across multiple schools as required.
- Ability to travel between school venues is desirable, but not essential.
