Teaching Personnel are urgently looking for adaptable and qualified primary teachers to work across numerous schools in Oldham, covering sickness, planned absence, course cover and PPA each week.

Supply teaching work with Teaching Personnel can offer you the flexibility to be in control of when and where you work with many other benefits:

  • Choose to work anywhere from 1 – 5 days a week;
  • Specify your favoured locations for travel;
  • Work part-time, full-time or day-to-day - whatever suits you;
  • Specify your preferred Key Stage from EYFS to Year 6;
  • Competitive rates of pay between £120 - £160 per day;
  • Earnings paid weekly;
  • An abundance of work in a variety of “Good” and “Outstanding” schools;

Teachers

Ultimately, Teaching Personnel require hard-working and versatile teachers who are open-minded to working a variety of schools in a variety of roles ready to jump straight into positions we have available. We are looking for suitably qualified teachers who hold QTS and welcome and encourage ECTs to apply as we cater for those new to teaching as well as vastly, experienced teachers. Roles can vary between covering full classes, covering PPA time or even providing specialised intervention support in Maths and English.

Schools

Teaching Personnel work alongside mainstream schools across Tameside who urgently need supply staff to meet the current demand for teachers. We have great relationships with all our schools, who are willing to accommodate your needs and provide additional learning and support. Supply teaching with Teaching Personnel can lead onto further job opportunities as many of our short-term vacancies lead directly to longer term roles within the same schools.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
