Primary Supply Teacher

Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | ASAP Start

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde, with immediate starts available.

Whether you are an experienced teacher seeking greater flexibility or an Early Career Teacher looking to build valuable classroom experience, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a variety of school environments while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 in line with school planning.
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school settings.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, providing flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Possess strong classroom management skills.
  • Are adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic.
  • Can confidently teach across a range of year groups.
  • Have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
