Early Years Teacher

• Full-time Early Years Teacher in Blackpool (FY6)
• Start Date: November 2026
• Pay: £120-£160 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working with a primary school in the FY6 area that is seeking to appoint an Early Years Teacher to join the team from November 2026 until the end of the academic year. This is a full-time position.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of Early Years development and the EYFS curriculum, delivering engaging lessons and creating an environment where children can thrive. This role is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to secure a school-based contract.

• Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Be able to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can thrive both academically and socially.
• Be confident in creating and developing stimulating continuous provision.
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
