Primary School Teacher

Location: Dukinfield, SK16 5DP
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Daily Rate

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Dukinfield on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and providing a positive learning experience for all pupils. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development while maintaining high expectations across the curriculum.

As a Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching methods where necessary.
  • Differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs and implement targeted interventions.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage a love of learning.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to support pupil achievement.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
  • Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and all relevant pre-employment checks in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
