Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of primary schools in the S2 area and surrounding parts of Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development while working flexibly and locally through the UK’s leading education recruitment agency.

✅ The Role:

As an HLTA, your duties may include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to small groups or whole classes
• Supporting pupils with a range of needs across KS1 and KS2
• Working closely with class teachers to raise attainment
• Leading interventions and targeted support sessions
• Assisting with planning, assessment, and progress tracking

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA status or relevant Level 4 qualification (or significant TA experience)
• Experience in primary classroom settings
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
