Teaching Personnel is working closely with a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Aylesbury, all looking for enthusiastic, passionate ECTs to join them from April or September 2026.


The Role

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Teach in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (matched to your strengths )

  • Secure a full-time, long-term position

  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child can shine ✨

  • Work alongside experienced mentors who will support you through your ECT journey


The Ideal Candidate

You are:

  • Currently completing a Primary Education degree with QTS

  • Due to qualify as an ECT in 2026

  • ❤️ Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners

  • ️ Confident with classroom management and communication

  • Open to feedback, support, and continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
