About the Role

As an ECT, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop strong classroom management skills.
  • Work alongside experienced teachers and supportive school teams.
  • Gain exposure to different year groups and teaching environments.
  • Build a strong foundation for a successful teaching career.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from passionate teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are due to achieve QTS.
  • Are enthusiastic about teaching and making a positive impact.
  • Have a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Hold or are willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
