Full-Time Wakefield
About the role
We are currently seeking out a dedicated and qualified Early Careers Teacher (ECTs) to work in a wide range of primary schools across Wakefield. This gives you a great chance to develop your skills and allows new teachers to become more familiar with a classroom environment.
- Salary: £120 - £150 per day (depending on experience)
- Weekly pay
- Enhanced DBS
- Hours: 8:15 – 15:30 (may vary)
- Flexible working days
- EYFS and Primary
Role requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Basic first aid certification is an advantage.
- Has experience working within the Primary Sector.
- Has knowledge of KS1/KS2 Curriculum.
- Committed to promoting progression of pupils learning.
An ideal candidate should also have:
- A commitment to the development of pupils.
- Classroom management and communication skills.
- A passionate and effective teaching style.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
