Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) to work in supportive and welcoming primary schools across North Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence, and develop their teaching career with an immediate start available.

The Role:

• Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the primary curriculum

• Planning, preparing and assessing pupils’ work

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively

• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents

• Contributing to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or recently qualified

• Have strong curriculum knowledge across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills

• Be enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to pupil progress

• Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
