PE Teacher

Full time role

 

Location: Northampton, Kingsthorpe.

PE Teacher required on full time, permanent basis for ‘Good’ rated school in Northampton.

We are looking to speak with PE teachers, both female and male, who are either experienced in delivering PE based curriculum and looking to take the next step in their career, or newly qualified PE teachers who are looking to begin their ECT.

A modern, forward-thinking Secondary School with an excellent reputation in Northampton. They are seeking a PE Teacher to join their team for the new academic year. The school is located in Kingsthorpe, easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Wellingborough and the town centre. As part of being a PE Teacher here, the expectation is you would teach PE across Year 7 to Year 11 classes alongside a supportive and dynamic team.

About You:

  • Well-qualified graduate with appropriate degree
  • PGCE/Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience with curriculum development work
  • Experience across the age and ability range
  • Ability to work in a team Excellent classroom skills
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Commitment to developing teaching and learning
