Are you a passionate and dynamic female PE teacher? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed educator to join our secondary school in Chorley. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to combine your love for physical education.

About the Role:

  • Teach Physical Education to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, inspiring them to lead active, healthy lives.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess a range of lessons tailored to students' needs and abilities.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and sports clubs.
  • Support student development, both academically and personally, promoting a positive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching PE, ideally with knowledge of the UK secondary curriculum.
  • An interest or background in teaching Science.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience teaching PE
  • A passion for developing extracurricular sports programs.
