Pastoral Manager – Windsor
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Starting January
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join one of our partner secondary schools in Windsor from January. This is a full-time position (five days per week) supporting the wellbeing, behaviour and personal development of students across the school.
About the Role:
As Pastoral Manager, you will play a central role in creating a positive, safe and supportive school environment. You will work closely with year teams, senior leaders, parents and external agencies to ensure every student is equipped to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide pastoral care, guidance and support to students across the school

Work proactively with students to improve behaviour, attendance and engagement

Lead on interventions and mentoring programmes

Monitor safeguarding concerns and follow school procedures

Build strong relationships with families and external support services

Support the wider pastoral team with daily operational tasks
-
Contribute to a culture of inclusion, respect and high expectations
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Experience in a pastoral, safeguarding or behaviour support role (school-based experience desirable)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to remain calm, consistent and supportive when working with young people
-
Confident working with sensitive information and following safeguarding protocols

Organised, proactive and able to work as part of a cohesive pastoral team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
