We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Teaching Assistants to join our team, helping to create a positive learning environment for our young learners.

Job Description:

As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and helping our students reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and lesson delivery
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help
  • Supervising students during break times and ensuring their safety
  • Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • A passion for education and a genuine interest in working with young learners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of child development and learning strategies

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • First Aid certification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
