We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Teaching Assistants to join our team, helping to create a positive learning environment for our young learners.
Job Description:
As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and helping our students reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and lesson delivery
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help
- Supervising students during break times and ensuring their safety
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- A passion for education and a genuine interest in working with young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of child development and learning strategies
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- First Aid certification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
