Part-Time SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Morning Role)
A primary school we work closely with is looking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm.
This role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning in a supportive and structured environment.
The role will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND (Including Autism, ADHD and providing personal care)
- Assisting with tailored learning activities
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour where required
- Working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCo
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children with SEND (school or care background)
- Is patient, resilient and adaptable
- Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils
- Is committed to making a difference in a child’s school experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
