Location: Cardiff & Caerphilly, South Wales
Pay: £120 per day (Weekly PAYE Pay)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Part-Time, Term-Time Only

We're partnering with a welcoming secondary school in the Cardiff and Caerphilly area to recruit enthusiastic Sports Coaches and Student Support Assistants. This opportunity offers flexible, term-time work where you can gain valuable experience working with young people while developing your coaching, leadership, and education skills.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sports Coach & Student Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting PE lessons and practical sports activities

  • Assisting with team training sessions and extracurricular clubs

  • Encouraging participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour

  • Providing coaching support to individuals and small groups

  • Helping students build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits

  • Supporting learning and engagement across the wider school environment

  • Assisting staff during sports fixtures, tournaments, and school events

  • Ensuring equipment is used safely and sessions run effectively

  • Acting as a positive role model for young people
