We are working with a fantastic SEN specialist school in Aylesbury that is looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their supportive team from September!
This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for a flexible role within specialist education while making a genuine difference to the learning, confidence and development of children and young people with additional needs.
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Holds QTS or a recognised PGCE
✅ Has previous experience working within SEN/SEND or specialist education
✅ Is looking for a part-time role starting in September
✅ Can plan and deliver engaging, accessible and differentiated lessons
✅ Is confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
✅ Has a calm, patient and adaptable approach
✅ Is confident with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment
✅ Is happy to support with personal care, where required
✅ Can work collaboratively as part of a supportive school team
✅ Is open to a long-term or permanent opportunity
Location: Aylesbury
Start date: September
Hours: Part-time – days to be discussed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
