Part-Time SEN Support Worker – Aylesbury (2–3 Days a Week)

We’re searching for compassionate, energetic, and reliable SEN Support Workers to join our team, supporting incredible students across primary and secondary specialist schools in Aylesbury.
Whether you’re balancing other commitments or simply prefer part-time work, this flexible 2–3 day per week role offers the chance to do something truly meaningful.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism and complex needs
- Working closely with teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting with personal care in a respectful and dignified way
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive development
What we’re looking for:
- Previous SEN experience (school or care setting)
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Confidence and willingness to support with personal care
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- A team player who brings energy and empathy to every day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
