Job description

Part-Time Primary PPA Teacher

Location: OL12
Start Date: October 2026 – July 2027
Hours: Part-time – 3 days per week
Flexible Working: Choose the three days that best suit you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in OL12 from October. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys working across different year groups and delivering engaging lessons.

The Role

As our PPA Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of primary year groups.
  • Teach a variety of foundation subjects.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and effective classroom management.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has strong behaviour management skills.
  • Is confident teaching across different primary age groups.
  • Can effectively plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons.
  • Is flexible, organised, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
