A welcoming and community-focused primary school in the Hounslow area is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Part-Time Music Teacher to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative educator to deliver engaging music lessons across KS1 and KS2, helping pupils develop confidence, creativity and a lifelong appreciation for music.

The Role

As the school's Music Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality music lessons across the primary age range.
  • Inspire pupils through singing, instrumental work, composition and performance.
  • Plan engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
  • Lead and support school performances, assemblies and musical events.
  • Encourage participation and build pupils' confidence through music.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to enrich the wider school curriculum.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or has relevant music teaching experience.
  • Has a passion for music education and primary teaching.
  • Can engage and motivate children of all abilities.
  • Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Is creative, organised and enthusiastic.
  • Can contribute to the wider life of the school through performances and musical activities.
