£24,796 is the Full Time Equivalent salary for this 15 hour a week role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support lunch time supervision and to provide 1:1 and classroom support withing KS2 in the afternoons.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a KS2 setting
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEND support (desirable)

What You'll Do:

• Support children 1:1 and in a classroom setting
• Assist lunch time supervision and support all children through their playtime
• Foster a safe, positive and inclusive environment
• Help children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
• Collaborate closely with the school’s SENDCO
