Job Title: One to One Tutor

Location:

East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• 1. Provide personalised academic support to students on a one-to-one basis.
• 2. Develop tailored lesson plans and educational materials based on individual student needs.
• 3. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• 4. Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic goals.
• 5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress.

Required Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 2. Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• 3. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching.

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 1. Strong understanding of educational principles and practises.
• 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• 4. Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1. Master's degree in Education.
• 2. Experience working with students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
