TA/Nursery nurse Roles wanted in Brighton

Location: Brighton

Role: TA/Nursery nurse

Duration: March 2024 start until the end of the academic year with the prospect of going permanent

Pay: £10.77 -£11.16 per Hour depending on experience (paid on a weekly basis)

The Role

Seeking teaching assistants in the Brighton area that are wanting to make a positive difference in children and young people’s lives and provides a fun and positive atmosphere which will encourage the students to learn. This means providing the best education that is needed for to achieve their individual targets. You will need to be able to work alongside the teacher to observe student’s progress through observations, maintain a good relationship between staff and students, Set up and pack away the classroom.

Expectations of the candidate

• Able to maintain good relationships with children and staff

• Previous experience in childcare

• Someone who is confident and can use own initiative

• Enhanced DBS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to motivate children

• Level 2 or 3 childcare and work force qualification or equivalent

The Qualifications:

• Matching A Levels and GCSE grades

• Enhanced DBS – Child work force only

• Relevant experience working with children

• SEN experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
