Teaching Personnel is working closely with inclusive, values-led Primary schools in Bexley to recruit reliable and reflective Nursery Nurses to support pupils on a Temporary, day-to-day basis. These schools prioritise care, respect, positive relationships and consistency, creating calm environments where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
This role is ideal for Nursery Nurses who are confident supporting pupils with complex needs, including those requiring additional emotional or behavioural support. You will work alongside class teachers to help maintain continuity of learning, provide targeted 1:1 support, and contribute positively to classroom routines.
The role will involve:

Supporting pupils with complex needs through 1:1 and small group work

Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities

Supporting positive behaviour management strategies

Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Carrying out additional duties appropriate to the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
