Flexible Summer Work Available | September Opportunities | Dorset

Are you a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Practitioner looking for your next role?

Teaching Personnel is working with a number of friendly, welcoming nurseries and primary schools across Dorset, and we're looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable staff to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a qualified Nursery Practitioner, or someone with a genuine passion for supporting young children, we have a variety of opportunities to suit you.

We have opportunities including:

  • Full-time and part-time roles starting in September.
  • Flexible day-to-day supply work throughout the summer.
  • Long-term placements in nurseries and primary schools.
  • Roles in Early Years, Reception and Key Stage 1 settings.

We're looking for people who:

  • Have experience working with children in a nursery, preschool or primary school setting.
  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable for nursery roles, but not essential for all positions).
  • Are caring, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development.
  • Can build positive relationships with children and colleagues.
  • Are flexible, reliable and happy to work across different settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
