Do you have patience and care for those who need it?

Teaching Personnel is looking for candidates who have experience of working with non-verbal communicators in Trafford SEN schools. This could be those who have complex or profound learning difficulties, those with physical difficulties who can not speak or those who are deaf. Your role would be based in an SEN school in South Manchester, where you would 1:1 or with a small group of young people and assist them with their learning, whether this be through ‘play-learning’, holistic therapies or a set curriculum. The ideal candidate would have either:

  • Experience of working with non-verbal communicators

  • A qualification in British sign language

What you can expect from Teaching Personnel:

  • GBP9.50 an hour or above

  • 13 weeks off per year.
