Job description

Music Teacher- Full Time- ASAP Start- B36 based mainstream secondary school

We have an exciting opportunity at one of our partner schools based in the B36 area of Birmingham, for a qualified music teacher to work on a full time basis within their thriving music department.

The school prides itself on their resources and state of the art facilities, including full use of school gym before and after work!

 

Important details:

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri (term time only)

Rate of pay: To scale, MPS/UPS

 

You will need:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

- Previous experience teaching Music in a UK based secondary school

- Strong knowledge of UK curriculum for Music

-Excellent references and extensive previous experience

- Strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills

- The ability to engage with all classes and abilities
