Music Teacher - 1 Year Maternity Contract

Job description

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our dynamic team in Heywood this September. You will cover a one year maternity supporting the department with planning, marking and delivering high-quality music lessons across a range of abilities and age groups, fostering creativity and a love of music.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS preferred)
  • Strong musical ability (instrumental and/or vocal)
  • Experience teaching music to children or young people
  • A passion for music education and student development
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
