We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher with expertise in German to join our dedicated and supportive team. This role involves teaching German at Key Stage 3 level, inspiring students to develop their language skills, cultural awareness, and enthusiasm for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of students in Key Stage 3.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn and improve.
• Differentiate teaching approaches to ensure all students make progress.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular language activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the MFL department to enhance the curriculum and learning experience.

Requirements:

• A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience or ability to teach German at Key Stage 3.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for languages and teaching.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable:

• Experience of teaching other languages (French, Spanish, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience in using innovative teaching tools and technology.
