We are seeking a passionate and reliable Maths Tutor to provide 1:1 tuition to students in the Gateshead (NE8) area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated to helping learners build confidence, improve attainment, and reach their full potential in mathematics.

The Role

As a Maths Tutor, you will:

Deliver high-quality 1:1 Maths tuition tailored to individual student needs
Plan and prepare engaging, structured sessions in line with the relevant curriculum
Support students’ academic progress while encouraging confidence and resilience
Adapt your teaching approach to suit a range of learning styles and abilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have previous experience teaching or tutoring Maths
Be able to plan and deliver engaging and effective sessions
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and clear communication skills
Be patient, committed, and supportive in your approach
