Maths Teacher Needed

Full-time Mathematics teacher required – September 2022 start 

Teaching Personnel are working alongside a secondary school situated in Tunbridge Wellswish to appoint a full-time Mathematics teacher to join their department asap 

This position is due to a current member of staff relocating, and therefore has potential of being a permanent role . Due to the urgency of the vacancy, the school will appoint the successful Mathematics teacher initially on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year.

*Both experienced and newly qualified Mathematics teachers are welcome to apply for this position, and support will be provided from the department.*

  • Full-time Mathematics teaching position available
  • Previous evidence of 'good' and 'outstanding' teaching is compulsory.
  • Pay in line with teaching experience.
  • Opportunity to secure a permanent position, CPD and progression opportunities.
  • Mixed comprehensive 11-16 secondary school located in Tunbridge Wells.

The school have requested that the incoming Mathematics teacher has experience planning, delivering and assessing differentiated work across Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four, and is willing to partake in departmental responsibilities for planning, marking and attending meetings.

Situated close to the centre of Bolton our client secondary school offers excellent transport links for teachers in areas of North and Central Manchester, Preston and Wigan. This schools is graded 'Good' overall by Ofsted and is well respected in the local area due to its excellent reputation for helping children to excell.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
