Job Title: Secondary Maths Teacher
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Position: Full-time
Start Date: April 2026
Pay: £130–£251 per day (Paid to Scale from Day 1)

Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Secondary Maths Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated educator who is eager to inspire students and contribute to a welcoming and collaborative school community.
About the role:
- Deliver informative and engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with potential opportunities to teach KS5 depending on experience)
- Plan and implement lessons tailored to a range of learner abilities
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment for students and staff
- Uphold high standards of classroom management, safeguarding procedures, and student wellbeing
Desirable candidates will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners
- A commitment to safeguarding, positive behaviour management, and high educational standards

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
