Maths and English Tutor – DE4, Matlock

Location: DE4, Matlock
Hours: Part-Time | Weekdays during school hours
Pay: £25–£30 per hour+

TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated Maths and English Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary-aged learners across Matlock (DE4).

The Role

• Deliver engaging 1:1 Maths and English tuition.

• Plan lessons around each child's individual learning needs and abilities.

• Support learners with core Maths and English skills.

• Adapt teaching to support pupils with SEN.

• Build confidence and encourage independent learning.

• Monitor progress and provide feedback.

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 1 year's UK teaching or tutoring experience.
✔ Strong Maths and English subject knowledge.
✔ Experience supporting learners with SEN.
✔ Experience working with Primary and Secondary-aged learners.
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
✔ Right to work in the UK.
