We're looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join us as Level 4 Job Coaches.
Job Coaches come from a wide range of backgrounds. Some are Learning Support Assistants or Teaching Assistants seeking a more focused career path, while others bring valuable real-world experience from industry, customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or skilled trades.
In this rewarding role, you will support vulnerable learners to build confidence, develop employability skills, and succeed in real workplace settings. You'll act as a mentor, motivator, and problem-solver, helping individuals overcome barriers and move towards meaningful employment and greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Support learners in workplace and community settings
- Build confidence, independence, and job-ready skills
- Develop positive relationships with employers and learners
- Identify and overcome barriers to employment
- Encourage, motivate, and celebrate individual achievements
- Help learners progress towards sustainable employment outcomes

No Previous Job Coach Experience Needed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
