A supportive primary school in the Warrington area is seeking a skilled and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN needs, both in and out of the classroom.
• Assist in planning and adapting learning activities to suit individual learning styles.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere that promotes emotional and academic growth.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to implement personalised learning plans.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.
• Support with behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation techniques.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Has an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one).
• Has previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary school setting.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, pupils, and families.
• Is flexible, resilient, and committed to inclusive education.
