Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teaching assistants who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development in diverse educational settings.

The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide targeted intervention support for pupils requiring additional help.
- Support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), where required.
- Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management and assessment activities.
- Adapt to different school environments while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a UK school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach to supporting learning.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Experience supporting pupils with SEND, EAL or behavioural needs is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
