We are currently working with a small, welcoming village primary school in the OL12 area who are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

The successful candidate will be confident supporting children across KS1 and KS2, working closely with teachers to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive.

About the role:

• Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Providing classroom and individual pupil support
• Delivering targeted interventions where required
• Supporting children with their learning, development and confidence
• Using a range of strategies to engage and motivate pupils
• Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
• Supporting phonics teaching and interventions

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Has experience working within a primary school setting
• Is confident supporting children across both KS1 and KS2
• Has experience delivering phonics
• Is confident delivering interventions either individually or in small groups
• Has high expectations of pupils and is committed to helping every child achieve
• Is patient, enthusiastic and approachable
• Has excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
