Level 3 Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at [School Name] in the NE5 area of Newcastle. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons across the curriculum.
- Assisting individual students or small groups with their learning, helping them overcome challenges.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Helping students with additional needs and ensuring their full participation in activities.
- Preparing learning resources and supporting classroom organisation.
- Monitoring student progress and communicating regularly with the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2.
- A passion for helping children achieve their potential and supporting their development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
- An understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
