Level 3 Qualified Nursery Worker

Location: Gloucester (GL1)

Contract: Full Time (Monday – Friday)

Are you a caring, motivated Early Years professional seeking a rewarding full‑time role? We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to join a nurturing early years setting in Gloucester, supporting young children in a warm and engaging environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in children’s early development while working as part of a friendly, collaborative team.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Is passionate about early childhood development
  • Can confidently support routines such as meals, nappies, sleep times and transitions
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with young children
  • Brings creativity, patience, and a warm, caring approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
