Job description
Teaching Personnel is seeking a nurturing and committed Level 3 Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive Nursery in Bournemouth.
This full-time role is ideal for a passionate Early Years specialist who thrives in a creative and child-centred environment. If you have experience as a level 3 in a nursery setting we want to hear from you!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum in line with EYFS Framework.
- Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and development.
- Support children’s personal, social, and emotional growth through play-based learning.
- Track and report on progress, identifying next steps for learning.
- Collaborate with EYFS staff, SENCOs, and parents to support each child's development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Level 3 practitioner qualification.
- Experience supporting in a Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
