We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner to join our growing early years team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional care and high-quality learning experiences for young children, we would love to hear from you!
You will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can thrive—emotionally, socially, and academically. Your work will directly support our commitment to delivering an outstanding Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team.
- Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and key worker records.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, inclusive, and child-centred.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
About You
You will be a caring, creative, and confident practitioner with a genuine love for early years.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Experience working with children aged 0–5.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid certificate.
- Experience as a key worker.
- Knowledge of SEND support.
