Are you a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible and rewarding work?

A thriving Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Teaching Personnel, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a growing bank of support staff across its network of primary schools and early years provisions.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or longer-term opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As part of our trusted Teaching Assistant bank, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of welcoming and inclusive school settings, supporting children from Nursery through to Key Stage 2.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
  • Working with small groups and individual pupils
  • Assisting children with additional learning needs
  • Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions
  • Helping to create engaging and positive learning environments
  • Providing support within Nursery and Early Years settings

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within Primary and/or Early Years settings
  • A positive, proactive and nurturing approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to supporting children's learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
