YEAR 3/4 TEACHING ASSISTANT – LONG-TERM ROLE

Location: Newchurch, BB4
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Contract: Full-time, long-term

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school and support pupils within Year 3/4.

⭐ The successful candidate must:

✔️ Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
✔️ Have previous experience working within a primary school
✔️ Be confident supporting children with challenging and complex needs
✔️ Have a calm, patient and nurturing approach
✔️ Be able to build positive relationships with pupils
✔️ Work effectively as part of a school team
✔️ Be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's learning and development
